Interview on Mark Levin ABC Radio Today (Top 5 Talk shows in America & Tuvia Singer Show (largest Jewish Talk Show)

Filed under: Tzfat bombings — Reb Moshe @ 2:57 am

Today I called into the Mark Levin show on ABC radio. I think its one of the top 5 Radio shows in America. Please leave your comments if you heard the show. Also, if you think I should continue this angle in spreading Torah and Judaism. Another few minutes got cut off as I forgot there was a delay and ended the recording

I was on the Tuvia Singer Show this morning for about 15minutes. Was a very long interview and we both got along great on the air. Tuvia’s father learned in the yeshiva of the great Rabbi Aharon Kotler.

1:30pm I woke up this morning to bombs landing and sirons. Lots of stuff flying in and we lost power for a few hours. I still have no gass in the house for 2 weeks. I am getting dozen’s of emails and I love to hear from you all. Don’t forget to donate even a few dollars.

  1. I heard you on the Mark Levin show today and I don’t think nearly enough time was given to you…please know that the Christians here in America are praying for you! Before the fighting began, I just knew something was about to happen…I believe that God put it in my heart to pray before anything happened. I searched CNN several times a day…I was in a World Ministry Fellowship Conference with hundreds of Christians in attendance in Texas…and there was NOTHING on there…maybe a 20 minute blip that trouble was brewing. The following day in a meeting that we were having, the previous president of WMF came to the podium and broke the news that the trouble was full force happening in Israel. We all came together in prayer for you and your country…we love Israel. I cannot believe that the American media is giving all the attention to Lebanon and Hezbollah and the atrocities that Israel is doing to them! What is this! God has given the land to Israel and He is the one who establishes borders and He does NOT change His mind! We will continue to pray in earnest for all the Israelites. You are not alone…God sees from the heavens and laughs…not at Israel but at her enemies. Don’t fear. He will not forsake you no matter what it appears. He has promised in His Word that ALL Israel will be saved and that is what we believe and are praying…God’s Word.

We love you and the Torah!

  2. Dear Sir: I did hear you on Mark Levin’s show…I was so glad to hear someone on the front lines of Israel..it seems like the TV media in the USA has been lacking in the coverage of the hardships of the Israelis.

God Bless you and your family…I am praying for you and your country.

I also posted your website on FreeRepublic.com…it is a forum of conservatives, and we have had a LIVE on going thread of comments since the day this war started…there are hundreds of us watching the news and reading all we can..and rooting for you in Israel.

The website I mentioned is http://www.FreeRepublic.com…we would love to have you visit our site…especially the Middle East LIVE Thread.

By the way, Mark Levin has a thread and we post to him while he is on the air..and he is a “freeper”, which is what we are called that are members and post.

    God Bless you again

  3. I was so glad to catch you on the Mark Levin show. I’ve been wanting to know what’s going on, and since I refuse to watch the tv news, I listen to talk radio. I will be visiting your blog frequently. I also get my news on http://www.freerepublic.com, so you should visit and become a freeper.

We are praying vigilantly for Israel. I know that it sounds like the Pope is not supportive, but as the leader of the Catholic Church, he’s obligated to always call for the sparing of life. Just the same, we know what has to be done–terrorists must be stopped!! I’m sorry that Israel has been put in this situation. Israel has done way too much in the name of peace–giving up all of her land, etc.

I was amused today to hear on the radio that some Hezbollah leader said they did not expect Israel to respond the way she did when they kidnapped the two soldiers. They should’ve been handled this way a LONG time ago!

Our prayers and support are with you! Keep us posted!

  4. I also heard you on the Levin show. I think it’s wonderful that you’re calling in to give people the inside view, since it seems we are cut off from what’s really happening in Israel. I can’t claim to be a flaming conservate, but I do feel like Israel’s plight is being mostly overlooked by the media.

Still, there are innocents on BOTH sides of the border to pray for, and that’s what I’ve been asking Hashem for during Shacharit and Mincha, almost every day. It was good to hear from you, and to find another nice Torah website. Thank you.

  5. Moshe, I think you’re doing a great service to people, I myself found your blog only because I lived in Tzfat myself and am desperate for information …. however there is one thing that troubles me very much and that is that the media is reporting many casualties against lebanese children, with videos of them sitting aimlessly in shelters and dreaming war scenes, choosing not to sleep rather than seeing those dreams.. then of course cnn has to mention how ‘angry’ they are at israel ….

it is clear that people suffer. they are just kids, it is very sad. But moshe, this is what the media wants to see and I think it is very important for someone to make a video of kids in the bomb shelters and tell THEIR story and how THEY are suffering living in fear for their lives?

Moshe it’s great that you have this angle of faith, that tzfat will be rebuilt, but meantime lebanon is being given 50 million dollars to rebuild. there is a story about the bal shem tove, where he told his chassid that ‘if someone would ask you, tell him the truth’. so the jew went traveling to eretz yisrael by ship, and got lost on an island . A strange jew found him just before shabbat and hosted him. He asked him, “so how is life for the jews in russia?” the jew said “oh Baruch Hashem, fine”
Well he went right back to the bal shem tov, who informed him that he really “missed the boat” because that strange jew was none other than Avraham Avinu who was told by Hashem to test the jews to see if they really want geula. ANd had that chassid told him “the jews are suffering so badly” well, geula would have come. But he said they are doing just fine.

Moshe, I really think you must take this angle. If not who will do it? Get live footage of suffering people and show the world what was done to us.

If there is anything I can do to help let me know.

  6. I heard you on the Mark Levin show tonight. My station doesn’t play it until 11pm, so I just heard your comments. I think Mark is right on. You never hear about the media reporting what Isreal is going through, other than maybe a brief mention. We are all praying for your country, and the success of your mission. It seems the United States is loosing the nerve to do what needs to be done to make this world a better place to live. I hope the international community gives Isreal several more days to do what it needs to do. I hope you and your family are doing well, our thoughts are with you.
