I must say it. Certain aliyah to israel organizations are sending Americans to cities that they would never like, fit in or should consider. Do they do this because they get money rebates? Who sends an orthodox jew to carmiel to live when there is no… community? Who sends an american to chatzor which has no americans & only has a Gerer Chassidic group? Who sends a jew to Kiryat shemonah which is were most rockets land during any lebanon/hisballah problems.
