Guess a number between 1-10
Who can guess the number I am holding up right now?
Reb Moshe of Tzfat Blog (No Signup Required to post)
I got a bit bored of myself and decided to come out of my shadow a bit. I mean, being neutral and un-opinionated has its benefits but having grown up and realized that there is truly nobody to fear but Hashem and ones own shadow, ah… maybe I should simply reveal another part of myself. If I am too scary for you now, you still have my old Torah Videos and writings which might be less intrusive.
You might read in the papers that life is back to normal here in Tzfat but it’s not. Most stores are still closed and people are still nervice to return. Slowly more people are returning and stores are starting to clean up and open but it appears it will take time. It is tradition here that on Tuesdays, stores are closed in the afternoon. I was so suprised to see things open in the morning and close in the afternoons. I mean, really, you have been closed for a month, don’t you think its time to just stay open, even on Tuesday. Then again, who knows if people have had time to clean up their homes and get their own life back in shape. I will try to be patient!
In order to avoid spam on the blog, at times I will close down comments from those not registered (you can signup for a username free) and then re-open this when spammers quit. A note to spammers, all your messages will be deleted within 1 hour so you are waisting your valuable time.

Special thank you too Keith Watt for outstanding programming work.
We slowly are getting there, the new video site will be up middle of next week.
Any sujestions how to improve this blog and get more people into it? I think people are reading it but not commenting on it. Maybe its my spelling, lol, there is no spell check in this software.
I rented a car for today so I could do a few more videos for you.
I went to the Idra, where Rebbe Shimon taught the biggest secrets of the Torah
Then I went to one of his students grave, Reb Yosi ben Yaakov
I went and did a video by Rabbi Tarfon, climbed the tree there and sang a song, hehe
I went to tveria and did another story from Rebbe Nachman sitting on a rock surrounded by water in the kinnert.
There is so much I want to do that its overwelming to rent a car for one day and try to cram it all in. I have to return it in two hours otherwise you would have the gift of a video by Choni Hamagil today as well… Oh well, when the next donation comes in, maybe I can do the holy Rav Choni.
I’ll tell you the excitement I had today at the idra was remarkable. I couldn’t stop dancing on the video, should I leave it or edited some out? 🙂
I need people to volenteer to upload videos for me to usa servers. Anyone can do it with a normal internet exploror browser. Since I am in Eretz Yisrael, my fast connection speed is worthless surfing sites in the usa as the line has to travel through Europe.
I decided to put more attention into perfecting the videos. There are 3 new videos which I edited myself using professional editing software. The videos took from 2-10 hours to edit each. I think the difference in quality is worth the time. This took about 3 days out of my work schedual and one for filming. I estimate these 3 videos will help over 10 thousand people within the next 2 years at current growth rates.
Do you like the new quality?
Rebbe Nachman says that if you write many books it makes the Torah whole. I am back to work on my sefarim. May Hashem help me to print them in my lifetime.
update:
From the time of this message till the sefarim were properly loaded and organized is 10 hours of work before even writing one thing. This was due to wtp server issues, then israel’s internet provider went down, external hard drive then not recognized, finally its now on disk. This is to show the greatness of a mitzvah, how hard one has to work sometimes to even accomplish a simple thing but the hard work itself beforehand could be more valuable to the Jewish people then the actual mitzvah itself!
Okay, now I am too tired to begin yet. Tomarrow I”Y’H to begin the books again!
Josh Alpert and I worked together on the new Design of ilovetorah homepage. He suprised me as I was just checking my email and he said, here is a link to your new design. Can you guys remind me next time I use dark dreary colors to make the site brighter. Doesn’t the new design make you so much more happier! Josh gave me some hope, You see most people think to do a chesed but then they just say, na… someone else will do it. Josh didn’t think, he just did.
There hasn’t been a lot of help coming in honestly but the quality of those who have stepped forward has been very touching. I appreciate all those that have.
Talk is cheap they say. I guess next week I will prove to you that when I say I am going to take torah video to the next step, I am quite serious.
Next week! Stay tuned!
Klipos, get out of my way! It is time for Torah Videos!
